About goals

A goal is an idea of the future or desired result that a person envisions, plans and commits to achieve. People endeavor to reach goals within a finite time by setting deadlines and clear objectives. Clarity keeps the person on the path to success. Often we know what we don’t want but not necessarily what we want. A goal is precise, clear, well defined, specific, relevant, attainable, measurable and time-bound. 

To achieve a goal depends on us and our ability to take action. Example: “I want to accomplish this objective by this time.” During my coaching sessions and my workshops, I always ask my clients this question: “Okay, you know what you do not want but if you focus on what will make you happy and allow you to live the life of your dreams what will it be? Where? With whom? ” 

To know deeply what we really want is the only way to focus our energy on the positive side of life.  It’s a way of programming the brain. The brain concentrates on the objective that becomes the ultimate goal. 

The repetition of this process on a daily basis, therefore in the present moment, will allow us to capture the most subtle messages and to be guided towards the accomplishment of our objectives. This process is called the law of attraction. 

The law of attraction is manifested when we set a goal, we program our brain, we repeat the positive thinking and we are busy making it happen. My advice is to forget what you do not want and put the focus and energy on what you want, to make it the goal to achieve to activate the law of attraction.
